What’s Included
We provide the framework, digital implementation system and structured clarification support. Your organisation remains responsible for adapting, implementing and adopting the materials.
Digital access
12 months access to the digital implementation version, to organise implementation, work through the framework systematically, track progress and access resources electronically. It is not a government portal and does not submit or approve applications.
12-month updates
Youth Work Ready framework updates released during the 12 months are included. Updated physical volumes are not reprinted free of charge. Access or services after 12 months may be separately offered and priced.
4 hours structured live support
1 × 60-minute onboarding call + 6 × 30-minute clarification calls, once a week for the first 6 weeks after onboarding. The onboarding call covers how the volumes are structured, how the digital system works, the recommended implementation sequence and how to begin.
Unused clarification calls expire after the 6-week period. Additional printed sets are available for $1,590 incl. GST each, including standard delivery.

The resources are templates and implementation tools that must be reviewed, adapted and formally adopted by the purchaser for its own organisation and circumstances. Purchasers should obtain their own independent professional advice where appropriate, including legal advice and relevant fire-safety, clinical, pharmacy or other specialist review before adopting documents or commencing services.

Once your organisation is operational and CareSure access is available and activated, your Youth Work Ready purchase includes three complimentary months of CareSure. No activation date is promised, CareSure operates under separate terms, and ongoing use after the complimentary period may require a separate subscription. Your purchase does not depend on CareSure being available immediately.
Other costs may apply outside the package
Depending on your organisation, property and circumstances, you may incur separate costs for matters such as legal advice, fire-safety professionals, insurance, property, fit-out, training, specialist clinical or pharmacy review, regulatory fees or other professional services. These costs are not included unless expressly stated.
