Terms and Conditions

These Terms apply to your use of YouthWorkReady.com.au (“Website”) and to the purchase of the Youth Work Ready DIY Package (“Package”). The Website and Package are provided by AM Training Consultation Pty Ltd under the Youth Work Ready brand (“Youth Work Ready”, “we”, “us” or “our”). “You” or “Purchaser” means the person or organisation using the Website or purchasing the Package.

A purchase may also be governed by a written service agreement. If there is any inconsistency, the signed service agreement applies.

1. Product scope

The Package is designed for organisations preparing to establish or operate residential out-of-home care services for children in Victoria, Australia. It is not designed for Foster Care, CIRC, services in other Australian states or territories, generic youth programs or other care-sector models.

Submitting an enquiry or booking a readiness call does not by itself create a contract. A purchase is subject to our acceptance.

2. Price

The Package price is $29,900 incl. GST, payable upfront. No public instalment or payment plan is offered. No payment is taken through this Website.

3. Payment

• Payment is due in full by the date stated on your invoice, before materials are prepared, delivered or digital access is provided.
• If a payment fails or is not received by the due date, we will notify you and you will have 3 business days to make payment.
• We may withhold or suspend customisation, delivery, digital access and support until payment is received in full.

4. What is delivered

• One professionally printed and bound eight-volume set, which may be customised with your business name, logo and relevant organisation details where appropriate, including standard delivery. Additional sets are available for $1,590 incl. GST each, including standard delivery.
• More than 190 policies, procedures, forms, registers, checklists and related implementation documents, comprising more than 2,400 pages of material. The exact number may change slightly over time.
• 12 months access to the digital implementation version, from the date access is first provided.
• 12 months of Youth Work Ready framework updates released during that period.
• 4 hours of structured live support, described in clause 5.
• Three complimentary months of CareSure, described in clause 11.

You are responsible for providing accurate business information and branding for customisation. Delivery timeframes are estimates and depend on receiving that information.

5. Structured live support

Live support consists of one 60-minute onboarding call and 6 × 30-minute clarification calls, available once a week during the first 6 weeks after onboarding.

Clarification calls are for questions and clarification only. They do not include drafting documents, implementing the framework, completing or lodging applications, project management, legal or regulatory interpretation, bespoke consulting or government representation. Calls not used within the 6-week period expire and are not exchangeable for cash or credit. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice.

Any additional assistance is separately scoped, separately quoted and governed by a written agreement before work begins.

6. Refunds and cancellation

Except where required by law, Youth Work Ready does not offer change-of-mind refunds after the materials have been delivered or digital access has been provided. If you wish to cancel before that point, contact us and we will discuss the work already completed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify those rights or remedies.

8. No guarantees of outcome

Purchasing the Package does not grant approval or authority to provide residential care. We do not guarantee registration, approval, accreditation, funding, commissioning, service agreements, referrals, placements, occupancy, revenue, profit, application success or government acceptance of any document. Those decisions are made by the relevant authorities and third parties.

9. Professional advice

The resources are templates and implementation tools. Youth Work Ready does not provide legal, clinical, pharmaceutical or fire-safety advice, or advice on how the law or regulation applies to your circumstances. You should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate, including legal advice and relevant specialist review, before adopting documents or commencing services.

10. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• the accuracy of information you supply;
• adapting the materials to your organisation and formally adopting them;
• implementing them with, and training, your staff;
• obtaining professional review where relevant;
• obtaining all registrations, approvals, commissioning, service agreements, insurance and other requirements; and
• not commencing care before all required approvals are in place.

11. CareSure

Once your organisation is operational and CareSure access is available and activated for your organisation, the Package includes three complimentary months of CareSure, starting from activation. No activation date is promised and CareSure may not be available immediately. CareSure operates under separate terms and privacy arrangements, and ongoing use after the complimentary period may require a separate subscription.

12. Digital version and updates

Digital access lasts 12 months from the date first provided. Framework updates released during that period are included. Updated physical volumes are not automatically reprinted or supplied. Access or services after 12 months may be separately offered and priced. The digital version is not a government portal and does not submit or approve applications.

13. Intellectual property and licence

All materials remain the intellectual property of Youth Work Ready or its licensors. On payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for one organisation to:

• use the materials internally;
• adapt supplied editable materials for that organisation;
• make internal copies for relevant staff; and
• disclose them to professional advisers on a confidential basis.

You must not resell, redistribute, sublicense, white-label for another organisation, publish, or share the materials with unrelated entities.

14. Privacy and confidentiality

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Each party will keep the other’s confidential information confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or to professional advisers.

15. Complaints and disputes

Please contact us first at sales@youthworkready.com.au. We will review the matter internally and respond. If it is not resolved, both parties agree to discuss it in good faith and make reasonable attempts to resolve it before starting legal proceedings, except where urgent relief is needed.

16. Liability

Subject to clause 7 and to the extent permitted by law, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee that can lawfully be limited is limited to resupplying the goods or services or paying the cost of having them resupplied. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

17. Website use

Website content is provided for information. We may update it from time to time. You must not misuse the Website or attempt to interfere with its operation.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

19. General

• Variations: we may update these Terms for future purchases. Changes to an existing purchase must be agreed in writing.
• Entire agreement: these Terms, your invoice and any signed service agreement form the whole agreement for your purchase.
• Severability: if any part is unenforceable, it is severed and the rest continues to apply.
