Youth Work Ready
Operated by AM Training Consultation Pty Ltd
Last updated: 2 September 2026
These Website Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of YouthWorkReady.com.au (“Website”). The Website is operated by AM Training Consultation Pty Ltd under the Youth Work Ready brand (“Youth Work Ready”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose of the Website
The Website provides general information about Youth Work Ready, including the Youth Care Business Setup Program and related business setup, operational, training and compliance-support services. The Website is primarily an information and enquiry platform.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, submitting a form, making an enquiry or booking a call does not by itself create a contract for paid services.
2. No legal, accounting or regulatory advice
Information on the Website is general in nature and is not legal, accounting, tax, financial or regulatory advice. Although our services may include compliance-support, business setup and operational implementation, you should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate to your circumstances.
We do not represent that use of the Website or purchase of a service will itself guarantee licensing, registration, accreditation, funding, government approval, regulatory compliance or any particular commercial outcome.
3. Service information and pricing
We aim to keep service descriptions and pricing information accurate and current. However, information on the Website may be updated, withdrawn or corrected at any time before a binding service agreement is entered into.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of GST.
The Website may advertise the Youth Care Business Setup Program at a standard package price of $49,500 including GST, and a time-limited launch offer of $39,950 including GST paid in full, or an 8-week payment plan totalling $45,000 including GST, comprising 8 weekly payments of $5,625. The launch offer applies to engagements confirmed by 31 October 2026. From 1 November 2026, $49,500 including GST is the ongoing standard program price. The first $5,625 payment under the payment plan is a non-refundable deposit and forms the first of the 8 payments.
Website pricing and inclusions remain subject to confirmation in the written proposal, service agreement, scope, invoice or other contractual documents issued for a specific engagement. If there is any inconsistency between the Website and an executed service agreement, the executed service agreement prevails to the extent permitted by law.
4. Enquiries and Business Readiness Calls
You may submit an enquiry or request a Business Readiness Call through the Website. You must provide information that is accurate and not misleading.
We may decide whether our services are appropriate for a particular enquiry. A call or consultation does not oblige either party to proceed with a paid engagement.
5. Paid services and separate service agreement
Any paid engagement for the Youth Care Business Setup Program or another service will be governed by the proposal, service agreement, payment terms, scope of work and other contractual documents accepted by the parties. These Website Terms do not replace those service-specific terms.
6. Deposit and payment-plan information
Where the Website refers to the 8-week payment plan, the first $5,625 payment is described as a non-refundable deposit and is included within the total $45,000 price. It is not an additional ninth payment.
Any deposit, cancellation, refund, credit, rescheduling or termination rights applicable to a paid engagement will be governed by the applicable service agreement and Australian law. A statement that a deposit is “non-refundable” does not exclude, restrict or modify any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, services may carry guarantees including that they are provided with due care and skill, are fit for a disclosed purpose where applicable, and are provided within a reasonable time where no time is agreed.
8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its content, including text, branding, graphics, layouts, documents, videos, icons and other materials, are owned by or licensed to AM Training Consultation Pty Ltd.
You may view and use the Website for your own lawful informational purposes. Except as permitted by law, you must not reproduce, republish, adapt, distribute, commercialise, scrape, frame, copy or exploit Website content without our prior written permission.
Access to the Website does not grant any ownership or licence in the Youth Work Ready name, AM Training name, training materials, frameworks, templates, policies, procedures or other intellectual property.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use the Website:
- for an unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose;
- to interfere with the security, availability or operation of the Website;

10. Third-party services and links
The Website may use or link to third-party platforms, including form, analytics, advertising, booking, payment, communications, hosting and other technology providers. Third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Any testimonials, examples or case studies published on the Website reflect the experiences described and are not a guarantee that another business will achieve the same or any particular outcome.
