Additional printed eight-volume sets are available for $1,590 incl. GST each, including standard delivery.

No. Other costs may apply outside the Youth Work Ready package. Depending on your organisation, property and circumstances, you may incur separate costs for matters such as legal advice, fire-safety professionals, insurance, property, fit-out, training, specialist clinical or pharmacy review, regulatory fees or other professional services. These costs are not included unless expressly stated.

What live support is included?

4 hours of structured live support: one 60-minute onboarding call covering how the volumes are structured, how the digital system is used, the recommended implementation sequence and how to begin, plus 6 × 30-minute clarification calls, available once a week during the first 6 weeks after onboarding.

Clarification calls are for questions and clarification. They do not include drafting documents for you, implementing the framework, completing applications, project management, legal or regulatory interpretation, bespoke consulting or government representation.

What happens after the first six weeks?

The structured clarification calls end after the first six weeks. Your digital implementation access and framework updates continue for the rest of the 12 months. Any additional assistance can be discussed and, if appropriate, separately scoped and quoted.

Possibly. Additional implementation assistance may be available depending on your needs and our capacity. Any additional work is separately scoped and quoted under a written agreement.

Does this guarantee registration or approval?

No. Youth Work Ready provides templates, implementation resources and structured support. Purchasing the framework does not grant approval or authority to provide residential care and does not guarantee registration, funding, commissioning, placements or any other government or commercial outcome.

Does buying the pack mean we can start operating?

No. Purchasing Youth Work Ready does not authorise an organisation to provide residential care. You remain responsible for registration, approvals, commissioning, service agreements, property and workforce requirements, professional advice, training, insurance and all other requirements before commencing services.

Do we still need our own lawyer?

Youth Work Ready does not provide legal advice. The resources are templates that must be adapted to your organisation. Independent legal review should be obtained before adoption where appropriate.

Where relevant, yes. Youth Work Ready does not provide clinical, pharmaceutical, fire-safety or regulatory advice. Depending on your service and property, you should obtain appropriate specialist review, such as fire-safety, clinical or pharmacy review, before adopting documents or commencing services.

What is CareSure?

CareSure is a separate system. Once your organisation is operational and CareSure access is available and activated, your Youth Work Ready purchase includes three complimentary months of CareSure. CareSure operates under separate terms, and ongoing use after the complimentary period may require a separate subscription.

When does the three-month CareSure period begin?

From activation for your organisation, once you are operational and CareSure is available for your use. No activation date is guaranteed, and your Youth Work Ready purchase does not depend on CareSure being available immediately.
